This class includes a curated collection of mixed mindfulness experiences with a fusion of classical and avant-garde techniques beyond breath and meditation. Explore and bathe in eccentric palettes of guided breath, gentle movement, energetic sound, guided visualization to refine and expand awareness. Calming. Relaxing. Loving. Energizing. Peaceful.
Due to Covid-19, we are limiting the class to 10 people. Additionally, everyone must be vaccinated to attend, and will be asked to provide proof of vaccination upon entry.
