Come join us Saturdays, at 10 am, for a complimentary Tai Chi Class, with Andrew Brown! This class will be offered weekly!

 

From Andrew: With nearly 20 years of learning, studying, and practicing Tai Chi daily has given me more than I could have imagined! Slow, gentle, meditative, and such a pleasure to practice, Tai Chi provides great benefits to Breath, Balance, Posture, Flexibility, Strength, Awareness and overall Health.

 

Due to Covid-19, we are limiting the class to 10 people, so reserve a ticket ASAP! Additionally, everyone must be vaccinated to attend and will be asked to provide proof of vaccination upon entry.
